Delivery Little Gems Jewellery offers Free Delivery on all of our products. All of our items will be delivered to your door between 2 and 4 working days.
Return Policy
If the product arrives damaged, damaged in transit, or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Little Gems Jewellery, you can return the goods within 7 days of receipt of goods for either an exchange or refund.
Little Gems will only refund money paid for the products that are returned to us in its original and unused condition accompanied with the original box. We are unable to accept any returns on pierced earrings for hygiene reasons other than defective or damaged items. Please note all refunds will be for the full price paid for the product, but not for the costs of postage. A refund will be made to your Paypal account or a cheque refund if payment was received by cheque. Please follow the return procedure as below E-mail us at littlegems-@hotmail.co.uk to state the reason of return, product code and contact name, telephone number and address. Returns will take approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed after Little Gems received your items. Items must be in original packaging, & Original Gift Boxes. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. All shipping back to Little Gems is paid for by the customer.
