There are no minimum orders to be eligible for free delivery like with many other sites. We aim to keep all of our prices low and know that free delivery can be a big help in saving you money.
Our Returns Policy
Any goods that you believe are defective must be returned to us within 7 days of purchase.
For hygiene reasons we do not accept return of worn earrings.
We do not send replacement jewellery, you will be credited if we agree that your items are not to a high standard.
All items sent back to us are to be paid at your own expense.
All of orders are sent to you by Royal Mail 1st Class delivery.
Most of our orders are sent the same day if ordered before 1.00pm. However sometimes it may be the following day due to large quantity of orders to be picked and dispatched
